What is your return and exchange policy?
For the most part, many items are made to order, therefore all sales are final. No returns/ exchanges are allowed. If there are any issues with your order please contact us.
Do I need to pay for customs fees/taxes?
Certain destinations may require you to pay customs fees/taxes. You are fully responsible to pay these fees in order to receive the packages. However, no refunds/exchanges will be given to those packages are returned to us due to unpaid fees.
Does my order come with tracking?
As most of our products are flat and to keep costs low we send most of our stationery items via untracked lettermail. However, certain packages may automatically qualify for tracked shipping as it is based on size and weight, therefore a tracking number will be sent to you.
Are you open to collaborations / consignment opportunities?
